General Gustav Fleischer, b. 2096, location unknown. Because of his mutant brain, he was able to gain a high education and therefore a high place in our world's government. (Yes, WORLD'S government.) He brings about the World Neo Nazi Movement, leaving millions dead for the sheer purpose of population control. He has had intense training in the martial arts, hand-to-hand combat, sword fighting, and a superior knowledge of modern weaponry. Some even say he is immortal...
There is only one rebel force even remotely capable (because of numbers alone) of taking on his army, the United Society of Brown Coat Bastards, or BCB's for short. The BCB's are a loosely organized group of civilians who have taken it upon themselves to overthrow their tyrannical government, with many hidden home bases throughout the desert regions of the unsunken world.
Technical details: I used a #2 wooden pencil and my hand and my brain, which has a direct connection with the events of the future.
